Brown Dog Hand Soap has to be one of my favorites. This is a lovely soap for the dog lover's amongst us and where there are horses, you will usually find dogs. The brown dog soap is scented with a light brown sugar fragrance oil and the white cocoa butter base is stronger woodsy scent. The cocoa butter base makes this soap very rich with lots of moisture and lather. And … it's for people, not dogs!
Black Dog soaps are in the works but are proving to be a challenge! If anyone has a recipe for black soap that leaves minimal color residue, and you're willing to share, please let me know!
This is a white base that contains 5% unrefined cocoa butter. It produces a smooth creamy lather. Cocoa butter is very stable and contains natural antioxidants, making it a great choice for skin care products. Also included are: Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Safflower Oil, Glycerine (kosher, of vegetable origin), Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent), Sorbitol (moisturizer), Sorbitan Oleate (emulsifier) Soybean Protein (conditioner), and Titanium Dioxide (mineral whitener). Fragrance oils are used in Brown Dog Hand Soap.
